All applicants must submit a new application in Ravenna for Summer@Carroll 2024. Decisions will be released on a rolling basis beginning in late January 2024. We strongly encourage you to complete your application early as our program fills quickly.

Create or Access Ravenna Account
Summer@Carroll uses a web-based portal called Ravenna. 通过拉文纳, you will be able to manage your child's application online - including applying to both academic-year and summer programs at one time, delegating teacher/tutor evaluations, and uploading documents such as neuropsychological/academic testing, 成绩单, 学生写作样本, 和等电位点.

Add or Review the Student Profile
在拉文纳, you will set-up a profile for your child/ren. If you already have a student profile set-up in Ravenna, make sure their current grade and current school are accurate.

在拉文纳, choose "Apply to School" and select "Carroll School and Summer@Carroll" from the school directory. After you click the green “Apply” button, select the student and your application type: 学年, 学年 & Summer@Carroll, or Summer@Carroll. Complete the remaining fields and click continue.

Complete the Preliminary Application
Complete the Preliminary Application and pay the application fee in Ravenna. Our 招生 team will not be able to view any of your application materials until you submit the application fee. If this fee presents a financial hardship for your family, please let us know and we will provide a waiver code..

上传重要文档
After you pay the application fee or submit a waiver code, you will see a list of required documents. Please follow the instructions for uploading documents and delegating teacher/tutor evaluations. Be sure to remind the teacher/tutor to check their spam/junk folder for the email from Ravenna if it's not in their inbox.

After you have uploaded all required documents, your completed application will be reviewed. A member of the Summer@Carroll 招生 team will be in touch with you regarding next steps.
